TTL acquires EDP consultants Kowoll and C-CONNECTION
With retrospective effect from 1 January 2000, TTL AG has taken over Gerhard K. Kowoll EDV-Beratung GmbH and C- CONNECTION Computer & Network Solutions GmbH. The shares will be acquired within the framework of a capital increase against non-cash contributions, utilizing the approved capital available. The equity capital thus rises by 27,000 euros to 4,977,000 euros.
Both companies operate in the field of manufacturer/platform- independent IT consulting, and in 1999 achieved a consultancy turnover of around 2.5 million DM. Their consulting activities focus mainly on business cycle management and cost optimization for IT infrastructures, formulation of IT strategies, implementation of IT solution packages, and holistic support services for heterogeneous IT systems, networks, databases and applications for companies in all sectors. They will in future, under the name of TTL Consult IT GmbH, supply the foundations required to further strengthen TTL AG consulting and project management capabilities for integrated all-inclusive packages. In strategic terms, the company will intensify and successively expand the groups Global Services and Hosted Services operations. Gerhard K. Kowoll remains General Manager of TTL Consult IT GmbH.
