As a result of the positive revenue and earnings trends, on May 8, 2015 the 28th Annual General Meeting of C-QUADRAT Investment AG has resolved a dividend distribution of EUR 3.00 for each eligible share. Furthermore, Klemens Hallmann has been appointed new member of the Supervisory Board of C-QUADRAT Investment AG. Formal approval was given unanimously to the actions of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.
