Additionally elected to the Supervisory Board were Mr. Kurt Helletzgruber and Mr. Christian Loimayr. KPMG Austria Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Linz was appointed to be the auditor for the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements 2012. Beyond that the authorized capital in the amount of up to 22 million bearer shares was newly established.
