Monika Remiszewska appointed Group Director People and Development at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG

Effective February 15, 2016 Monika Remiszewska (40) will become Group Director People and Development at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG. In her role she will be overseeing and leading the group-wide HR activities.
In her role as Group Director People and Development for Ringier Axel Springer Remiszewska will report to Mark Dekan, CEO Ringier Axel Springer Media AG. She will be based in Warsaw.

Before joining Ringier Axel Springer, Monika Remiszewska worked as a Partner at Korn Ferry in Warsaw focusing on technology and media. She led Korn Ferry's Digital Practice in CEE, supporting digital start-ups and global brands across e-commerce, payment, and digital media. Earlier in her career, she had worked for consulting divisions of PwC, IBM and Microsoft for almost fifteen years.
She specialized in projects relating to strategy development and implementation, mergers and acquisition, human capital management, complex business transformations, change management, and organization and business process redesign. Monika holds a Master degree in International Economics and Globalization from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland. She is a member of International Coach Federation and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
