Gestion SAS (Lazard), headquartered in France, that as of 2nd August 2013 Lazard
holds 318,180 voting rights (corresponding to 4.679 % of the Rosenbauer shares)
indirectly by way of Objectif Small Caps Euro (a 'SICAV' open-ended investment
company) and another 22,033 voting rights (corresponding to 0.324 %) by way of
