Erweiterung des Vorstands der SGL Carbon SE
Der Aufsichtsrat der SGL Carbon SE hat am 14. Oktober 2019 beschlossen, Herrn Dr. Stephan Bühler mit Wirkung zum 15. Oktober 2019 zum weiteren Mitglied des Vorstands mit Ressortverantwortung für Recht und Compliance zu bestellen.
Herr Dr. Bühler kennt das Unternehmen aus seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit als Leiter Recht und Compliance und ist damit hervorragend auf die neue Aufgabe vorbereitet. Er wird die besagte Ressortverantwortung für eine befristete Dauer bis zur Bestellung eines neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden ausüben.
Herr Dr. Michael Majerus, seit dem 1. September Alleinvorstand der SGL Carbon SE, wird das Unternehmen zukünftig als Sprecher des Vorstands führen.
