Karlsruhe (euro adhoc) - Karlsruhe, October 22, 2009 - Today asknet AG has announced its nomination to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a list that ranks the fastest-growing technology firms in Germany. Placement on the list is based on cumulative percentage revenue growth over the past five years, 2004 to 2008. In this period, asknet AG achieved a growth rate of 217,19 percent.
Michael Konrad, CEO of asknet AG, sees the 217,19 percent growth rate of the last five years in an especially positive light. As he notes, "asknet AG places great value on quality and sustainability because we are certain that both factors are essential to our growth. Receiving such a good placement from Deloitte serves as a confirmation of our growth strategy and motivates us to stay on course. We would like to thank our clients and partners for placing their trust in asknet, and of course our entire outstanding team."
"Rates of growth among technology companies show that the industry is continuing to open up new markets with product innovations. There is still a lot of unrealized potential - some examples of especially promising areas are electronic games, games for handheld devices, and Internet-based software solutions," adds Dieter Schlereth, Partner and Head of Technology, Media, and Telecommunications at Deloitte.
