ORBIS AG, the Saarbrücken-headquartered CRM specialist, has implemented one of the world's first productive Web- based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions with Deutsche Post Global Mail (IMS GmbH), a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG.
Deutsche Post Global Mail's core business areas cover all types of international mail delivery services, in particular mailings from abroad to Germany and to any other location around the globe. All in all, this outstanding project encompasses a total of 12 countries on 4 continents with 150 users at the outset. Parallel to the productive launch of its CRM solution, ORBIS is taking another large and successful step in compliance with its strategic orientation toward international marketplaces. ORBIS' latest move will further strengthen the company's market share as one of the leading eCRM providers operating on an international scale. In view of the strong market demand for Internet- based CRM solutions, ORBIS is capturing with its in- house eCRM solution called iC Solutions an excellent position in this rapidly growing market.
Against that backdrop, ORBIS expects increasing sales and continuous market growth as more and more national and international prospects implement eCRM solutions from ORBIS.
