Bonn, 3. Februar 2020 - Die Deutsche Post DHL Group, der weltweit führende Anbieter für Logistik, wurde vom Top Employer Institute als einer der besten Arbeitgeber 2020 ausgezeichnet. Das weltweite Zertifizierungsprogramm des Top Employer Institute zertifiziert und würdigt jedes Jahr Unternehmen, die sich kontinuierlich für das beste Arbeitsumfeld ihrer Mitarbeiter engagieren. Für diese Auszeichnung durchlief jede Geschäftseinheit der Deutsche Post DHL Gruppe ein mehrstufiges Zertifizierungsprogramm, bei dem verschiedene Kategorien von unabhängigen Experten geprüft und bewertet wurden. Dem Institut zufolge weisen alle ausgezeichneten Unternehmensbereiche hervorragende Leistungen in den Bereichen "Talentstrategie", "Kultur" sowie "Training & Entwicklung" auf. Zu den ausgezeichneten Bereichen gehören Post & Paket Deustchland, DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight und DHL Express.

Post & Paket ist Top Employer in Deutschland
Der Unternehmensbereich wurde erstmals als einer der besten Arbeitgeber in Deutschland ausgezeichnet. Post & Paket ist dabei unter den Top 3 der deutschen Arbeitgeber in den Bereichen "Personalplanung", "Kultur" sowie "Karriere- und Nachfolgeplanung". Des Weiteren erzielte Post & Paket herausragende Ergebnisse in den Feldern "Talentakquise" und "Talentstrategie", als auch in "Training & Entwicklung" und "Führungskräfteentwicklung". Mit über 110.000 Post- und Paketzustellern auf den Straßen Deutschlands steht der Unternehmensbereich jeden Tag vor besonderen Anforderungen. DHL Supply Chain als Top Employer in 11 Ländern in Europa und auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent ausgezeichnet
DHL Supply Chain, der Kontraktlogistikexperte der DPDHL Group, wurde zum vierten Mal in Folge vom Top Employer Insititut ausgezeichnet. Der Geschäftsbereich erzielte Spitzenwerte in den Kategorien "Talentstrategie", "Karriere-und Nachfolgeplanung", sowie bei der "Führungskräfteentwicklung". Das Streben nach hervorragenden Arbeitsbedingungen bei DHL Supply Chain wurde in 11 teilnehmenden Ländern ausgezeichnet, darunter Belgien, Niederlande, Portugal, Spanien, Türkei, Großbritannien und Irland sowie die USA, Brasilien, Kanada und Chile. Zusammengenommen machen diese elf Länder mehr als 60 Prozent der gesamten Belegschaft des Geschäftsbereichs aus. Mit Auszeichnungen als Top Employer in sieben europäischen Ländern hat DHL Supply Chain zudem die Zertifizierung als Top Employer Europe erhalten.
DHL Global Forwarding und DHL Freight zum ersten Mal als Global Top Employer zertifiziert
DHL Global Forwarding, Freight, der Luft-, See- und Straßenfrachtspezialist von Deutsche Post DHL Group, wurde erstmals als globaler Top-Arbeitgeber in sechs Regionen und 35 Ländern ausgezeichnet, unter anderem in Afrika, Asien, Lateinamerika, Nordamerika, dem Nahen Osten und Europa. DHL Global Forwarding und DHL Freight bieten zahlreiche Programme zur Förderung einer positiven Arbeitsumgebung sowie der persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter. Die Auszeichnung zeigt, dass der der Luft-, See- und Straßenfrachtspezialist damit zu den weltweit besten Arbeitgebern gehört. Auch DHL Express wurde vom Institut ausgezeichnet und ist bereits zum sechsten Mal in Folge als weltweit führender Arbeitgeber zertifiziert worden. Der Geschäftsbereich wurde in 64 Ländern in Afrika, Asien, Nord- und Lateinamerika, Europa und dem Nahen Osten als Top-Arbeitgeber benannt. Hervorgehoben wurden vor allem die außerordentlichen Leistungen in den Bereichen "Führungsentwicklung" und "Talentstrategie". Die Säulen im Personalmanagement bei DHL Express konzentrieren sich auf die Förderung von attraktiven Arbeitsbedingungen und Talenten, die Mitarbeiterbindung sowie das Schaffen eines Netzwerks über Landesgrenzen hinweg. Bonn, 3rd February 2020 - Deutsche Post DHL Group, the world's leading logistics company, has been certified as Top Employer 2020. The Top Employer Institute's Global Certification Program annually certifies and recognizes companies who demonstrate a continuous commitment to providing the best working conditions for their employees at country level. For this award, each certified business unit at DPDHL Group went through a multi-stage certification program in which various categories were audited and evaluated by independent experts. According to the institute all units - namely Post & Parcel Germany, DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight and DHL Express - are top performers in the areas of "Talent Strategy" and "Culture" as well as "Learning & Development".

Post & Parcel Germany is a top employer
The division has been awarded Top Employer certification for the first time. Post & Parcel Germany is one of the top three companies nationwide when it comes to "Workforce Planning", "Career & Succession Management" and "Culture" and is therefore a leader among German employers. It also achieved great results with regard to both the acquisition of talent and its talent strategy as well as within the field of "Learning & Development" and "Leadership Development". With over 110,000 post and parcel deliverers, the division faces special challenges in running such a comprehensive business on the roads of Germany every day. DHL Supply Chain certified as Top Employer in 11 countries in Europe and the Americas
For the fourth time in a row, DHL Supply Chain, the specialist contract logistics arm of Deutsche Post DHL Group, has been honored from the Top Employers Institute. The division attained top scores in the categories "Talent Strategy", "Career & Succession Management", as well as "Leadership Development". DHL Supply Chain's commitment to continuously strive for excellent working conditions has been recognized in 11 participating countries, including: Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, the UK and Ireland, as well as the US, Brazil, Canada and Chile. Together, these countries represent more than 60 percent of the division's entire workforce. With Top Employer awards in seven European countries, DHL Supply Chain has also attained Top Employer Europe certification.

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight, the air, ocean, and road freight specialist of Deutsche Post DHL Group, was certified for the first time as a global Top Employer in six regions. This most recent recognition spans 35 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin-America, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. The certification attests to DHL Global Forwarding, Freight's achievement in implementing best practices, focused on fostering a positive work environment and encouraging its employees' personal and professional development. The engagement and recognition of employees is key for building expert teams who provide best-in-class freight forwarding services to the customers.
