1.)S-Group Travel Holding GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, informed us on 23 May 2012
pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
our company fell below the thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% on 21
February 2012 and amounted to 4.25% (10,705,914 voting shares) as per this date.
2.)Pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG the share of voting rights of the
Notifying Person in our company has exceeded the threshold of 5% on 27 February
2012 and as of this date amounted to 5.01% of the voting rights (12,628,701
voting shares).
3.)Pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG the share of voting rights of the
Notifying Person in our company has fallen below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on
28 February 2012 and as of this date amounted to 2.63% of the voting rights
(6,628,701 voting shares).
4.)Pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG the share of voting rights of the
Notifying Person in our company has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%,
20% and 25% on 5 March 2012 and as of this date amounted to 25.29% of the voting
rights (63,685,510 voting shares).
1.)Artcone Limited, Limassol, Cyprus informed us on 23 May 2012 pursuant to
section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in our company
fell below the thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% on 21 February 2012 and
amounted to 4.25% (10,705,914 voting shares) as per this date.
2.)Pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG the share of voting rights of the
Notifying Person in our company has exceeded the threshold of 5% on 27 February
2012 and as of this date amounted to 5.01% of the voting rights (12,628,701
voting shares).
3.)Pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG the share of voting rights of the
Notifying Person in our company has fallen below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on
28 February 2012 and as of this date amounted to 2.63% of the voting rights
(6,628,701 voting shares).
4.)Pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG the share of voting rights of the
Notifying Person in our company has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%,
20% and 25% on 5 March 2012 and as of this date amounted to 25.29% of the voting
rights (63,685,510 voting shares).
5.)All voting shares are attributed to Artcone Limited pursuant to section 22,
paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG are actually held through the following
controlled entity, which held a share in the voting rights of TUI AG of more
than 3%: S-Group Travel Holding GmbH.
1.)Sungrebe Investments Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands informed us on
23 May 2012 pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in our company fell below the thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and
5% on 21 February 2012 and amounted to 4.25% (10,705,914 voting shares) as per
this date.

of more than 3%: Artcone Limited and S-Group Travel Holding GmbH.

21, paragraph 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in our company fell
below the thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% on 21 February 2012 and
amounted to 4.25% (10,705,914 voting shares) as per this date.
