The company has around 140 employees in total and generates annual sales of approximately 40 MEUR. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Royal GMF-Gouda is one of the leading manufacturers of drying solutions, mainly drum dryers and paddle dryers for the food industry (e.g. baby food), the chemical industry, and the municipal sector of the environmental industry. The company complements and extends the range of products and services of the ANDRITZ SEPARATION business area in the drying sector.
