30.04.2008

Hamburg - The supervisory board of Thielert AG has appointed the lawyer Mr Marcel Kleiß as new sole CEO of Thielert AG. Today Mr Marcel Kleiß has taken over the company representation. In this function he has filed for the opening of insolvency concerning the assets of the company due to immediate illiquidity on 30 April 2008. The file reference is 67g IN 150/08. The district court has appointed the lawyer Mr Dr. Achim Ahrendt from Hamburg as interim insolvency administrator.

The publication of the annual report will be postponed due to the fact that the annual financial statements for the years 2003, 2004 and 2005 are probably incorrect and possibly void. The extraordinary general meeting planned for 20 May 2008 is cancelled. A new appointment has not been agreed on.
