Am Silberpalais 1, D 47057 Duisburg, has been notified as follows:

1. Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway) has fallen below the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on 16 May 2011. The voting rights held by
Norges Bank amounted to 1.84% on this date, corresponding to 1,221,555 voting
rights.

2. The State of Norway has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights
in Klöckner & Co SE on 16 May 2011. The voting rights are held by Norges Bank
and amounted to 1.84% on this date, corresponding to 1,221,555 voting rights.
Norges Bank is controlled by the State of Norway, and voting rights held by
Norges Bank are attributed to the State of Norway pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
