M&G Investment Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, informed us on April 13, 2012 pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in Symrise AG exceeded the 15% threshold on March 27, 2012 and as of this day amounts to 15.024%. This corresponds to 17,754,532 voting rights. These 15.024% is apportioned in accordance with Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). Voting rights are apportioned to the company from the following shareholders whose share of the voting rights in Symrise AG amounts to 3% or more: M&G Investment Funds (1). 2.) M&G Limited, London, United Kingdom, informed us on April 13, 2012 pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in Symrise AG exceeded the 15% threshold on March 27, 2012 and as of this day amounts to 15.024%. This corresponds to 17,754,532 voting rights. This 15.024% is apportioned in accordance with Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). Voting rights are apportioned to the company from the following shareholders whose share of the voting rights in Symrise AG amounts to 3% or more: M&G Investment Funds (1). 3.) The M&G Group Limited, London, United Kingdom, informed us on April 13, 2012 pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in Symrise AG exceeded the 15% threshold on March 27, 2012 and as of this day amounts to 15.024%. This corresponds to 17,754,532 voting rights. This 15.024% is apportioned in accordance with Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). Voting rights are apportioned to the company from the following shareholders whose share of the voting rights in Symrise AG amounts to 3% or more: M&G Investment Funds (1). 4.) Prudential plc, London, United Kingdom, informed us on April 13, 2012 pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in Symrise AG exceeded the 15% threshold on March 27, 2012 and as of this day amounts to 15.051%. This corresponds to 17,786,602 voting rights. Of these, 15.024% (17,754,532 votes) is apportioned in accordance with Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
