In accordance with Austrian Exchange Act (§82 (4)), Atrium European Real Estate
Limited has today resubmitted the German translation of its 2011 annual report,
having renamed the section originally entitled "Geschäftsverlauf"' ("Development
and Performance of the Business") as "Lagebericht" ("Management Report") and,
where appropriate, replaced the word "Geschäftsverlauf" in the document with
"Lagebericht". Apart from these section heading changes, there was no change to
the content of the German version of the annual financial report. The English
version of the report remains unchanged.
In Übereinstimmung mit dem österreichischen Börsegesetz (§ 82 Abs 4), hat Atrium
European Real Estate Limited, heute die deutsche Fassung des Jahresabschlusses
2011, nach Umbenennung des Abschnittes "Geschäftsverlauf" in "Lagebericht" und,
wo zutreffend, nach Ersetzung des Begriffes "Geschäftsverlauf" durch den Begriff
"Lagebericht", neuerlich eingereicht. Abgesehen von den Änderungen in den
Überschriften dieser Abschnitte, erfolgte keine Änderung des Inhaltes in der
deutschen Fassung des Jahresabschlusses. Die englische Fassung des
Jahresabschlusses verbleibt unverändert.
