Cuxhaven, 28 March 2006 ? Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) and the ASX quoted Babcock & Brown Wind Partners Limited, have today (28 March 2006) concluded a Framework Agreement on the construction and purchase of 30 onshore windfarms in Germany. The transaction has a value of about EUR 400 million. The agreement covers a total of 30 windfarms of about 180 wind turbines and a total output of more than 300 MW in the Federal States of Lower Saxony, North Rhine Westphalia and Brandenburg, which are to be built in 2006-2008. The Framework Agreement ensures the planning of Plambeck Neue Energien AG in windfarm project development for the next three years and, thus, the jobs in the company as well. Through the takeover of the technical and commercial management of the wind farms by Plambeck Neue Energien AG further, continuous turnover and profits will be generated for at least 10 years.
