Ahrensburg, March 28, 2011 - Supervisory Board and Management Board of Basler AG - one of the globally leading companies of vision technology - decided today in a scheduled meeting of the Supervisory Board to propose a dividend for the first time to the general meeting on May 19, 2011.
The proposal provides for paying a dividend to the shareholders for fiscal year 2010 amounting to a total of EUR 0.30 per share. The proposed dividend is composed of a base dividend amounting to EUR 0.20 per share plus an additional dividend amounting to EUR 0.10 per share, corresponding to a dividend yield of approximately 2,6 %.
Basler AG will publish the audited annual balance sheet for 2010 on March 30, 2011.
