21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of voting rights in our company on June 14, 2011
has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% and that it amounts on that day to
11.24% (1,994,172 voting rights).
A share of voting rights thereof amounting to 10.22 % (1,814,040 voting rights)
is attributed to it according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders whose share of voting rights in
COLEXON Energy AG each amounts to 3% or more, are attributed to it in this
context:
- Bram Stål A/S
- TLP Holding ApS under konkurs
Finansiel Stabilitet A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark, has further informed us according
to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share of voting rights in our company with the
conclusion of the annual general meeting on June 16, 2011 amounts to 1.02%
(180,132 voting rights).
