On 20 January, 2009, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, exceeded the thresholds of 15% of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, ISIN DE0005187603, Hamburg, due to the announced capital increase by MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG. As of that date, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l held 15.16% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,761,059 voting rights).
Accordingly, each of the following entities associated with Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. also exceeded the thresholds of 15% of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG on 20 January 2009, and indirectly held 15.16& of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,761,059 voting rights), which are attributed to them according to Section 22 (1) No. 1 WpHG:
