Diplomatic visit to German e-Mobility Startup

The vehicle and technology provider eROCKIT Systems received a visit from the highest-ranking representative of India in Germany. In Hennigsdorf near Berlin, Germany H.E. Mukta Dutta Tomar, Ambassador of the Republic of India, visited the company's development and production facility to discuss alternative mobility solutions.

During a presentation of the innovative, pedal-operated electric motorcycle eROCKIT, the ambassador got a good understanding of the unique vehicle concept. Mukta Dutta Tomar: "I love the simple operation of the eROCKIT. Bikes play a very important role in daily life in India."

Ambassador Mukta Dutta Tomar and her colleagues discussed with Andreas Zurwehme (CEO of eROCKIT Systems GmbH), Richard Gaul and Prof. Dr. Jo Groebel (Advisory Board eROCKIT Systems GmbH) the challenges and possible solutions of the mobility turnaround as well as the opportunities for cooperating.

India, one of the most populous countries in the world, wants to significantly intensify climate protection. In order to achieve the goals of CO2 reduction, the Indian government has launched extensive measures and support programs. Electricmobility is also a big topic there. Internal combustion engines are increasingly being replaced by alternative drive systems.
