EROCKIT Impresses at ICNC23 with Cutting-Edge Technology and Plans for Expansion
Berlin, Germany - The eROCKIT team showcased their vehicles, technology, and vision at the Intercharge Network Conference 2023 (ICNC23), hosted by Hubject. ICNC23 has emerged as one of the most significant events in the electromobility and charging infrastructure industry, bringing together approximately 4,000 participants to exchange innovations, ideas, and strategic discussions shaping the future of electromobility.
The eROCKIT, renowned as the world's fastest street-legal "e-bike" in the 125cc category, featuring a unique pedal-assist system, was available for test rides on the EUREF Campus. The Human Hybrid drive technology offers an intuitive and sporty mode of transportation, providing an unprecedented riding experience.
In an inspiring keynote address, Andreas Zurwehme, CEO of eROCKIT AG, and Tushar Choudhary, Lead Investor of eROCKIT AG and CEO of the Indian electromobility company Motovolt, presented plans for scaling up vehicle production. They highlighted how eROCKIT is revolutionizing electromobility with groundbreaking technology, offering a new mode of transportation to many people. Motovolt India has been involved with eROCKIT AG since the spring of 2023, with a one-million-euro investment, and has further announced plans to invest an additional 10 million euros in its eROCKIT factory in India.
India boasts the largest two-wheeler market in the world, with 20 million units sold annually. Initially, eROCKIT will be manufactured for India and neighboring markets on a factory floor area of 9,000 square meters. Subsequently, a model for Europe and the USA will be produced on the same vehicle platform.
