Brenntag Food & Nutrition to handle portfolio of Naturex by Givaudan in Turkey
Brenntag Food & Nutrition and Naturex by Givaudan have signed an agreement that its product groups Natural Colors and Botanicals will be distributed by the Turkish team of Brenntag Food & Nutrition's global business unit throughout Turkey as of July 1st respectively September 1st, 2020. Naturex has been acquired by Givaudan 2,5 years ago. The company specializes in natural ingredients and offers a wide range of natural colors, nutritional products and botanicals.
"We have been distributing Givaudan's products for twelve years in Turkey, achieved good business and have a great collaboration with the Turkish team of Givaudan. Now it is a great opportunity for us to also be responsible for the distribution of two of Naturex's excellent product groups," states Gamze Ünver, Business Manager, Brenntag Food & Nutrition Turkey.

The Turkish Brenntag Food & Nutrition team will offer the products in all market segments, such as beverage, dairy, bread & bakery, confectionery, meat and others. Botanicals will especially go into the Food Supplement segment where they will be an even more essential product group for the post-Covid period where a lot of people are expected to turn to more healthier foods.
