LEONINE Studios appoints Sarah Fischer to the management board of LEONINE Holding
Sarah Fischer becomes Chief People & Sustainability Officer (CPSO) of LEONINE Studios
Munich, March 28, 2023 – Sarah Fischer, until now Head of Human Resources (HR) at LEONINE Holding GmbH, will be appointed to the Management Board of LEONINE Holding effective April 1, 2023. In addition to overseeing the group’s central HR unit, she has taken on the role of Chief People & Sustainability Officer and is now also in charge of all topics related to Social Responsibility, Environment and Sustainability at LEONINE Studios.
Sarah Fischer reports to LEONINE Studios’ CEO, Fred Kogel. The creation of a new position in the management team reflects LEONINE Studios’ strong commitment to remaining the leading destination for talents in the media industry in Germany. Ever since its formation in 2019, HR has been one of the vital functions in the development of the company. This will be further reinforced by Sarah Fischer's appointment to the management board as Chief People & Sustainability Officer. Her primary objective remains centered around the HR-integration of new companies into the group as well as the goal to attract, retain and develop top talents. As part of the recent changes, ESG topics within the LEONINE group are now being consolidated in the management of the corporate holding under Sarah Fischer's responsibility.

Sarah Fischer boasts a wealth of expertise in Human Resources management. As the former Director of HR at HolidayCheck Group, she oversaw vital aspects such as leadership development, talent management, and both organizational and HR development. She was instrumental in steering change management processes, cultivating performance management, and fostering a robust feedback culture. Before her tenure at HolidayCheck Group, Sarah worked over eight years at Amazon Germany, serving in an array of HR capacities. During this time, she successfully spearheaded numerous initiatives and projects centered around performance management and diversity.
