CoreTechnologie and Phasio Showcase Seamless End-to-End AM Solution at Rapid + TCT Detroit

The software developers CoreTechnologie and Phasio are presenting their integrated solution transforming the additive manufacturing workflow for SLS and MJF technologies at the Rapid + TCT Exhibition in Detroit.

Following their recently announced strategic partnership, CoreTechnologie, the developer of the universal 3D printing software 4D_Additive, and Phasio, the manufacturer of the calculation and workflow software solution specifically for 3D printing, showcase their seamless End-to-End additive manufacturing solution at the Rapid + TCT Exhibition in Detroit from April 8th to 10th, 2025. Attendees are invited to learn about their integrated solution that will transform the additive manufacturing workflow for SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) and MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) technologies.

End-to-End Solutions

Industry feedback has made it clear: Manufacturing-as-a-Service providers are seeking comprehensive end-to-end solutions rather than disconnected software components for order and part management. The CoreTechnologie and Phasio partnership directly addresses this need by offering a unified workflow that significantly reduces error margins and saves valuable time.

The software integration will create a seamless knowledge transfer from the sales process to manufacturing operations. Phasio's intuitive interface handles quotes, production planning, and operational monitoring, while 4D_Additive's advanced nesting tools optimize machine capacity utilization and part repair. Visitors at Rapid + TCT will learn how these complementary technologies will connect to eliminate process gaps and streamline operations from quote to delivery.

Integrated Solution

"Our customers have been asking for solutions that eliminate process gaps and streamline operations," says Armin Brüning, CEO at CoreTechnologie. "By combining 4D_Additive's powerful nesting capabilities with Phasio's comprehensive end-to-end workflow management, we've created a truly seamless experience from quote to delivery."

The integrated solution enables manufacturing service providers to manage the entire production lifecycle within a unified system. Furthermore, human errors through automated data transfers are eliminated, the machine capacity is optimized with advanced nesting tools and scale operations is granted while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.

"We're excited to share our vision for how our combined technologies will create the streamlined workflow that manufacturing service providers have been requesting," adds Harry Conor Lucas, CEO at Phasio. "We are looking forward to discussions with fellow manufacturers on how this integration can help to eliminate fraction points that traditionally slow down production and create opportunities for errors"

Meet at Rapid + TCT

Attendees can meet and discuss specific workflow challenges with both teams at Rapid + TCT at Huntington Place Congress Center in Detroit from April 8th to 10th, 2025: CoreTechnologie at Booth No. 2735 and Phasio at Booth No. 1107-10.
