6-month report
26.07.2010
In the first half of 2010, IVU Traffic Technologies AG again generated a stable result, with revenue of roughly EUR 15.7 million (first half of 2009: EUR 15.8 million) and gross profit almost identical to that of the prior-year period at around EUR 12.6 million (first half of 2009: EUR 12.7 million). IVU thus replicated its strong results from the previous year. At kEUR 9, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) were comparable with the first half of 2009 (kEUR 125) and were normal for the first half of the financial year based on the cross-period aspect of the projects and seasonal business development. Personnel capacity increased by 4% as planned and personnel expenditure rose by 2% to EUR 9.6 million.
We continue to expect revenue of approximately EUR 40 million and gross profits of approximately EUR 30 million for the financial year 2010.
