Bonn, 9. September 2022: Zum zweiten Mal in Folge wurde DHL Express, der weltweit führende internationale Expressdienstleister, in der jährlichen Great Place to Work®-Liste als bester Arbeitgeber in Europa ausgezeichnet. Great Place to Work® und The Economist Group würdigen damit das Engagement des internationalen Expressdienstleisters für seine Mitarbeitenden und seine Investitionen in eine starke Unternehmenskultur, in der der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht und die auf sinnstiftender Arbeit und fairen Praktiken beruht.

Durch das Schulungsprogramm „Certified International Specialist“ (CIS) werden die Mitarbeitenden in das kulturelle Rückgrat von DHL Express eingebunden und mit dem Wissen ausgestattet, das sie benötigen, um jeden Tag hervorragenden Kundenservice zu leisten.

Die Unternehmen werden auch hinsichtlich ihres Engagements für die Schaffung eines For All™-Arbeitsplatzes bewertet, der alle Mitarbeitenden unabhängig von ihrer Identität und Herkunft einschließt.

Great Place to Work® and The Economist Group recognize the international express service provider’s dedication to its employees and its investments in a strong people-first culture rooted in purpose-driven work and equitable practices.
