- Danzas AEI Emirates wird vollständig in das Netzwerk von DHL Global Forwarding integriert und in DHL umbenannt

Bonn, Dubai, 10. Oktober 2023: DHL Global Forwarding, der Luft-, See- und Landfrachtspezialist von DHL Group, hat eine Vereinbarung zur Übernahme der verbleibenden Anteile an Danzas AEI Emirates von der Investment Trading Group unterzeichnet. Beide Parteien führen das Unternehmen seit 1995 über ein Joint Venture, wobei die Investment Trading Group 60 Prozent der Anteile hält. Danzas AEI Emirates ist in erster Linie auf Logistik- und Transportdienstleistungen für Dubai und die nördlichen Emirate spezialisiert. Künftig wird Danzas in die Organisation von DHL Global Forwarding Middle East & Africa integriert, und Kunden in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten (VAE), dem Golf-Kooperationsrat (GCC) und der MEA-Region werden von effizienteren und nahtlosen Dienstleistungen durch den führen Logistikanbieter in den VAE und der GCC-Region profitieren.

Infolge des Zusammenschlusses wird Danzas künftig unter der Marke DHL tätig sein. Bereits heute arbeiten Danzas und DHL eng zusammen. Gleichwohl wird die Integration eine noch nahtlosere Zusammenarbeit und die Nutzung von Synergien und Effizienzsteigerungen ermöglichen, wie beispielsweise gemeinsame Verwaltungsdienste oder integrierte, nahtlose Lösungen für die Kunden. Für die bestehenden Mitarbeiter wird sich nichts ändern, außer dass sie zu 100 Prozent Teil der DHL-Familie werden. Die Transaktion steht unter dem Vorbehalt der fusionskontrollrechtlichen Genehmigung.

Bonn, Dubai, October 10: DHL Global Forwarding (DHL), the global leader in freight forwarding and logistics, has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining shares in Danzas AEI Emirates from Investment Trading Group. Both parties have been managing the company through a joint venture since 1995, with Investment Trading Group holding 60% of the shares. A logistics and transport services specialist for Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Danzas will now be integrated into DHL and its customers in the UAE, GCC and MEA region will benefit from more efficient and seamless services, as a part of the leading logistics provider for the UAE and GCC region.

As part of the merger, Danzas will operate under the DHL brand in future. While both Danzas and DHL are working closely together, the integration will enable an even more seamless collaboration and the exploitation of synergies and efficiencies, such as shared administrative services or integrated, seamless solutions for customers. Existing Danzas employees will be a part of the DHL family. The transaction is subject to merger control clearance.
