Oberkirch (euro adhoc) - - Discontinuation of Aviva plc's indirect interest in PWO - Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V. continues to hold 9.6 percent of PWO's share capital
Oberkirch, May 16, 2011 - In a voting rights announcement released today, Progress-Werk Oberkirch AG has disclosed that Aviva plc no longer holds an interest in its share capital.
This announcement arises from the fact that Aviva has reduced its interest in Delta Lloyd NV. below the 50 percent threshold. Delta Lloyd's interest in PWO is no longer attributable to Aviva as a consequence.
Delta Lloyd continues to hold a total of 239,334 shares, corresponding to 9.6 percent of PWO's share capital, in several of its investment funds.
