Pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG, and as a corrective to its
notification of 24 May 2012, Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, Edinburgh, United
Kingdom, notified us on 01 August 2012 that its percentage of voting rights in
our company fell below the threshold of 3% on 23 May 2012 and amounted to 2.95%
(7,439,106 voting rights) as per that date.
All voting shares are attributed pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence
1, no. 6 WpHG.
