Within the framework of the implementation of the resolution passed by the Annual General Meeting which took place on April 23, 2014, the Executive Board of SCHOELLER-BLECKMANN OILFIELD EQUIPMENT Aktiengesellschaft ("SBO") with its registered headquarters in Ternitz, Lower Austria, has decided to exercise its buyback authorization. In accordance with this authorization, a total of up to 1.600.000 bearer shares - which corresponds to up to 10% share of the company's equity capital - can be bought back. The repurchased own shares are used for possible future employee participation schemes or for establishing an option for using the Company's own shares to acquire shareholdings. The company shall reserve the right to also use the repurchased shares for other purposes that are in line with the authorization granted by the General Meeting.
