Klöckner & Co SE exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.008% (3,000,915
voting rights of a total of 99,750,000 voting rights) as of this date.
Of such voting rights, 1.521% of the total voting rights (1,516,701 voting
rights of a total of 99,750,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to AMUNDI
S.A. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
