On 30 April 2008, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG. As of that date, Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l held 12.73% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,546,418 voting rights).
