Hamburg (euro adhoc) - The Management Board and Supervisory Board of SinnerSchrader Aktiengesellschaft will propose to the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 19 December 2007 that a dividend of EUR 0.12 per share be paid to the shareholders from the accumulated income reported in the balance sheet as of 31 August 2007. If the Annual General Meeting approves this proposal, the dividend will be paid on the day following the Annual General Meeting, 20 December 2007.
As regards tax, the dividend will be paid from the tax-recognised contribution account of SinnerSchrader AG and therefore represents a refund of contributions for tax purposes. This means that no capital gains tax and no solidarity surcharge will be subtracted from the payout of the dividend. The dividend is tax-free for all German shareholders who have the shares as their personal assets and who hold less than 1 % of the total share capital minus treasury stock and who have not held a higher proportion in the past.
