Notice to the Holders of RZB Finance (Jersey) III Limited
EUR 200,000,000 Perpetual Non-cumulative Subordinated Floating Rate Capital
Notes having the benefit of a support agreement entered into with Raiffeisen
Zentralbank Österreich AG, XS0193631040, (the "Capital Notes")
Raiffeisen Bank International AG, London Branch (formerly Raiffeisen Zentralbank
Österreich AG, London Branch (RZB Austria London Branch)) has been appointed as
process agent in connection with various documents relating to the Capital
Notes, in particular the Terms and Conditions of the Capital Notes, the Support
Agreement dated 15 June 2004, the Deed of Covenant dated 15 June 2004 as well as
the Agency Agreement dated 15 June 2004.
Notice is hereby given that with effect from 14 December 2015 the new address of
the process agent will be as follows:
