1. Artio International Equity Fund (formerly Julius Baer International Equity
Fund), New York, USA, has informed us on 16 September 2011 according to sec. 21,
para. 1 of the WpHG that their share of voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG
has crossed below the threshold of 3% on 14 September 2011 and has amounted to
2.99%. This is equivalent to 436.612 voting rights.
2. Artio Global Management LLC (formerly Julius Baer Investment Management LLC),
New York, USA, has informed us on 20 September 2011 according to sec. 21, para.
1 of the WpHG that their share of voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG has
crossed below the threshold of 3% on 14 September 2011 and has amounted to
2.99%. This is equivalent to 436,612 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, 2.99% (436,612 voting rights) are attributed to
Artio Global Management LLC pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
3. Artio Global Holdings LLC, New York, USA, has informed us on 20 September
2011 according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that their share of voting rights
in Marseille-Kliniken AG has crossed below the threshold of 3% on 14 September
2011 and has amounted to 2.99%. This is equivalent to 436,612 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, 2.99% (436,612 voting rights) are attributed to
Artio Global Holdings LLC pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
4. Artio Global Investors Inc. (formerly Julius Baer Americas Inc.), New York,
USA, has informed us on 20 September 2011 according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the
WpHG that their share of voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG has crossed
below the threshold of 3% on 14 September 2011 and has amounted to 2.99%. This
is equivalent to 436,612 voting rights.
Of these voting rights, 2.99% (436,612 voting rights) are attributed to
Artio Global Investors Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
