Roedental, May 13, 2011 - Today, Zapf Creation - pursuant to the authorization granted at the Annual Shareholders´ Meeting of April 6, 2011 and the resolution of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of May 10, 2011 - submitted an application to the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in accordance with Section 39 (2) of the German Stock Exchange Act for the withdrawal of admission of the shares of Zapf Creation AG to the Regulated Market.
Upon expiry of the six-month execution period for the withdrawal, the shares of Zapf Creation will continue to be traded at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Entry Standard.
