Pursuant to Section 93 para 1 of the Stock Exchange Act, Lenzing
Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces that due to the execution of a capital
increase and issuing of 825.000 new no-par-value shares on June 17, 2011, the
share capital of the company was increased from Euro 26.717.250,-- by Euro
856.821,43 to Euro 27.574.071,43 and the total number of voting rights was
increased from 25.725.000 by 825.000 to 26.550.000.
