ComBOTS International GmbH based in Karlsruhe, Germany, informed our company on December 28, 2007 in accordance with article 21 (1) WpHG, that the share in voting rights held by ComBOTS International GmbH in United Internet AG has exceeded the threshold of 3% and 5% and on this day amounts to 6.76% (17,000,000 voting rights).
2. ComBOTS Product GmbH based in Karlsruhe, Germany, informed our company on December 28, 2007 in accordance with article 21 (1) WpHG, that the share in voting rights held by ComBOTS Product GmbH in United Internet AG has exceeded the threshold of 3% and 5% and on this day amounts to 6.76% (17,000,000 voting rights). In accordance with Section 22 (1) 1 No. 1 WpHG the voting rights of 6.76% (17,000,000 voting rights) are attributed by ComBOTS International GmbH to ComBOTS Product GmbH.
