Direkt Anlage Bank AG (DAB) is the first bank to offer Goldman
Sachs PrimeAccess: New broking platform gives DAB clients an enhanced
and better access to global stock markets on a real-time basis. DAB
customers will also have access to Goldman Sachs' customised
proprietary research and can participate in selected equity market
offerings.

Direkt Anlage Bank AG (DAB) is the first bank to offer Goldman
Sachs PrimeAccess, its new proprietary broking platform. Through this
platform DAB customers will have real-time electronic access to
global stock markets to execute international equity orders. In
addition, Goldman Sachs International ("Goldman Sachs") will also
provide access to customised proprietary research. Customers of DAB
will have access to research originated on a regular basis providing
commentary on macro and micro events, comprehensive global equity
profiles, economic analysis and portfolio strategy from Goldman
Sachs' 400 global analysts in Europe, North America and Asia.
Furthermore the arrangement will allow DAB customers to subscribe to
selected Goldman Sachs' equity capital market offerings such as
IPOs'.
