As a consequence of the
internationally exclusive nature of the cooperation agreed between
Marcel Avram and DEAG, DEAG is now acquiring from Mama Concerts & Rau
100% of Millennium Concerts GmbH with profit-taking entitlement from
January 1st 2000.

Millennium Concerts GmbH is organising the 2000 and 2001 tours of
German-language superstar Udo Jürgens. Singer and composer Jürgens is
breaking all records with his current tour, entitled, in German, "At
Age 66." Cult star Jürgens' concerts will by the end of the tour have
been seen by roughly 400,000 visitors.

This final transaction marks the incorporation in full of Marcel
Avram's business activities in exclusive cooperation with DEAG.
