Columbia Wanger Asset Management, Chicago, USA, gave notice to MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG on April 2, 2008, that pursuant to sec. 21 para.1 WpHG, that on 25 October 2007 the voting interest of Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P., in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, Palmaille 67, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5,57% of the voting rights [i.e., 590,200 shares with voting rights, out of 10,600,000 shares with voting rights outstanding (based on Bloomberg)] on this day. 5,57 % (all) of the voting rights (590,200 voting rights) are attributable to Columbia Wanger Asset Management in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.1 no.6.
WAM Acquisition GP, Chicago, USA, gave notice to MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG on April 2, 2008, that pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 25 October 2007 the voting interest of WAM Acquisition GP, Inc. in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, Palmaille 67, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted to 5,57 % [i.e., 590,200 voting rights, out of 10,600,000 voting rights outstanding (based on Bloomberg)] on this day. 5,57 % (all) of the voting rights (590,200 voting rights) are attributable to WAM Acquisition GP Inc. in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG via Columbia Wanger Asset Management L.P.
Columbia Acorn International Fund, Chicago, USA, gave notice to MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG on April 2, 2008, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 25 October 2007 the voting interest held by Columbia Acorn International Fund, in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, Palmaille 67, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 3,77% of the voting rights [Le., 400,000 shares with voting rights, out of 10,600,000 voting rights outstanding (based on Bloomberg)] on this day. All of these voting rights are attributable to Columbia Acorn International Fund pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 no. 2 WpHG.
