As a result of an internal merger reorganisation effective from 1st 
October 2007, FMR LLC., Boston, USA became the successor entity to 
FMR Corp., Boston, USA and has assumed all its rights and 
obligations.

Therefore FMR LLC., Boston, USA  notify MPC Münchmeyer Petersen 
Capital AG that on 1st October 2007 held 7.70% of the voting rights 
(voting rights arising of 815,681 shares in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen 
Capital AG) and therefore exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5%. All 
of the voting rights of FMR LLC., Boston USA are attributed to it 
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1. sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the German 
Securities Trade Act.
